Data Academy
The Data Academy is an opportunity for a
school site or district team to attend a 1 to 3 day, hands-on
training to increase their understanding and utilization of school
data.
Day 1: Build local assessments specific to Language Arts & Math
Day 2: Understand how to build/accomplish the elements of a Single Site Plan
Day 3: Apply skills and concepts learned in Days 1 and 2 for writing a digital Single Plan using SChool Plan software in the completion of a Single Plan for Student Achievement and the SARC Report.
Cost: Days 1 and 2 of the Data Academy are free!
Though the cost of attending all 3 days is $500, each school site team will pay only $100, as CTAP and RSDSS are providing a stipend of $400 for each school site team. This 3-day package entitles a school site to a one year SChool Plan subscription and ongoing data training and support for the year
Choose between the following series to register:
Series #1: Santa Clara COE - Oct. 24, 29, 31
Series #2: Santa Clara COE - Nov. 2, 5, 9
Series #3: Monterey COE - January 11, 28, Feb. 12
Register by date (not series registration).

CTAP Region 5 Leadership Program
The CTAP Region 5 Leadership Program will
begin its 4th. regional cohort of educational technology leaders on
June 18th, 19th and 20th. The Region 5 Leadership Program offers
you the following opportunities for building an effective
instructional professional development program in your
district.
* Customized trainings and coaching with a focus on student achievement, CA Standards and state-adopted materials
* An Action plan based on district goals for instruction and professional development using technology
* Face-to Face and web based trainins with access to a library of electronic tools, resources and model lessons
* Leadership skills for district leaders based on proven research-based models and strategies
* Ongoing coaching and support of district leaders in the delivery of a successful professional development program
